Dr. Ravindra Pathak

is having dual doctoral degree, one in Management on Employee Behaviour and another in Commerce subject on the derivation of Management Philosophy from Shrimad Bhagavad Gita. His areas of interest are HRM & OB, Bhagavad Gita, and Astrology, with a vision of blending of ancient Indian Wisdom with Modern Management. In the practice of modern Management, he has researched and published extensively on the integral aspects of Human Resource Management and Psychology disciplines. He delineated HRM theories into practice and had published more than 45 research papers in journals of national and international repute. He is having more than 16 years of experience in teaching and conducting sessions for students, faculty members, and executives, particularly on Indian Knowledge System, Bhagavad Gita & Life Management, Happiness, Stress Management, Human Values and Ethics.
